The bag filter for the polishing filtration is placed after the main filter. The speed of filtration is depending on the viscosity (temperature) of the oil as well as the quantity of particles in the oil.

The filtration by candle filter is done after the bag filtration. By doing this, smallest particles as well as remaining waxes and slimy particles are bing removed, in order to ensure the final quality. The candle filter is containing several candles made out of winded cotton fibres. .

Why using a polishing filtration after the main filtration?

The partly automated as well as fully automated filters are taking out the bigger impurities, we are talking about 5 my. Without these filters, the polishing filters would be filled with dirt immediately and the customer would have to replace the cotton filter inlays very often.

This means the filtering process is running in 3 steps:

• bag filter
• candle filter
